Return Policy: All books, written matter & craft patterns sales are final unless not as described. All returns must be pre-approved by us via email and received with-in 10 days.  (In the same condition you received the item(s)). Sorry NO exceptions.  

Most all sales are final unless not as described.  If you purchase pet clothes and the size is wrong we will exchange or give you store credit as long item is return in the same condition. (still has tags on and has not been worn ect.).  If your item is damaged please read the shipping Policy below.

Shipping Policy: We ship with USPS mostly.  WE ARE KNOWN FOR OUR RELIABLE FAST SHIPPING AND WELL PACKED ITEMS. HOWEVER, WE Will NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMANGED ITEMS IF SHIPPING INSURANCE IS NOT PAID. Just request an invoice for the shipping insurance by email us at azdiamond9@cableone.net Thank you :)
