Return Policy: All books, written matter & craft patterns sales are final unless not as described. All returns must be pre-approved by us via email and received with-in 10 days.  (In the same condition you received the item(s)). Sorry NO exceptions.  

Most all sales are final unless not as described.  If you purchase pet clothes and the size is wrong we will exchange or give you store credit as long item is return in the same condition. (still has tags on and has not been worn ect.).  If your item is damaged please read the shipping Policy below.

UNITED STATES: FLAT RATE SHIPPING $5.00 after $60 FREE SHIPPING!

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
SHIPPING COSTS IS $7.00 USD for MOST CRAFT or SEWING PATTERNS. If you are trying to buy 2 craft/sewing pattern maybe 3 and it is OVER charging you email us, we will fix it and send you an adjusted invoice OR pay it and we credit you back any wrong shipping charges. For the best PRICE for your money fill up an envelope for the charge of $12.95 USD shipping. We should be able to fit at least 6 craft/sewing patterns with no problem! *** If the shipping fees (charges) are NOT calculated on your purchased invoice properly, You will receive an additional invoice to pay the shipping difference (Which needs to be PAID before your order is Shipped).***

We ship on Mondays - Fridays. 

We use United States Postal Service (USPS).  We do have insurance available for United States Customers :  If purchasing insurance... make sure you choose the proper one and include one per an order in your cart if you want your order insured.
